Brockton Apartment Building – Water Tank Removal 

Tank Removal

This job was for a commercial building owner. We needed to remove a large steel water tank out of a mechanical room on the third floor. The tank needed to be cut with a torch and brought out piece by piece. This required additional coordination with the Brockton Fire Department.

Dartmouth Homeowner – Close Tank In-Place

Removal Pro put this Dartmouth homeowner’s concerns to rest for their underground storage tank. The tank was 1000 gallons and was located underneath the outside wall of their home. Removal of the tank was not a viable option. The team worked with local and state officials to close the tank in place.

Fall River Business – 3000-Gallon Tank Removal

A Fall River business needed their 3000-gallon storage tank removed from the basement of one of their buildings. The tank was encapsulated within a concrete block wall and sand. Removal Pro removed the cinder block wall and sand by hand. Once the tank was exposed, we cut, cleaned, and properly disposed of all materials. This job was a tough one. We needed to bring everything up over 20 stairs, through narrow hallways and outside.

Lexington – Commercial Tanks & Boiler Removal

This job was the removal of two 2500-gallon diesel tanks plus the supporting commercial boiler. The tanks needed to be drained, cut, cleaned, and the waste properly disposed of. The boiler needed to be split, and the supporting pipes needed to be removed to give the business owner back billable space.

We helped a local elementary school with the removal of their old boiler. We also brought in the new boiler pieces for the contractor assigned for the install!

Milton, MA, Private School – Boiler Removal 

Boiler Removal

A local private school was replacing one of their commercial boilers. The boiler needed to be cut with a torch and brought out piece by piece. Removal Pro worked closely with local authorities and the school staff to ensure the job was done safely and effectively.

Stoughton – Residential UST Removal Tank Removal

Removal Pro assisted a homeowner with a 500-gallon underground tank. The tank needed to be dug up, drained, cut, and cleaned.

Chelmsford Oil Spill 

Oil Remediation

Removal Pro was called into action to remediate excess oil at a local company. There were over 8,000 gallons of waste oil that needed to be removed. The oil was in tanks (underground and above ground), 5 gal buckets, drums, and various containers. Removal Pro team members worked with a Licensed Site Professional (L.S.P.) and state and town officials to safely contain and then remediate the issue.

10,000-Gallon UST Filled With Concrete 

Tank Removal

During a construction project in Boston, an abandoned underground storage tank was found. The tank was approximately 10,000 gallons. It appears to have been “closed in place” at some point with concrete. Removal Pro was called in to work with an L.S.P. and the construction team to cut open the tank, clean it, and dispose of it at an approved tank yard.

North Reading 

Tank Removal

The team removed an oil tank from the basement of the house. They also filled and sealed holes according to state and federal code.

Newton 

Tank Install, Tank Removal

The team removed, cut, and cleaned a 275 Granby tank. The team also installed a new tank and brought all oil lines and pipes up to state and federal codes. As always, a lead tech did an inspection and checklist of removal and installation.

Sherborn 

Tank Install, Tank Removal

The team removed (2) 500-gallon tanks as well as repiping of manhole cover piping.

The team installed (2) 330-gallon tanks, repiped, and redid oil lines according to state and federal codes.

The inspection was done by the supervisor; the checklist was complete.
